Fill out the Housing Application that form, to reserve housing (Page C).
Enclose the non-refundable $115 Enrollment Application Fee ($150 effective Fall 2007).
UCI apartment/dormitory applicants also include the following non-refundable fees.
$100 Housing Placement Fee ($150 effective Fall 2007)
$175 Housing Reservation Fee ($300 effective Fall 2007)
Please pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express), bank check or U.S. check made payable to: UC Regents.
If you are applying for Homestay (with or without meals), enclose the non-refundable WISE Housing Placement fee ($195 for Four-Week programs; $295 for all other programs) by bank check or U.S. check made payable to: WISE.
To receive your I-20 for a student visa, you must complete Page B of the application and attach a financial or bank statement to the application.
If you are transferring from another school in the United States, you must provide a copy of the I-20 from that school and a copy of your passport and visa.
For applicants to the Certificate Programs only: Answer all questions on Page D of the application as fully as you can. Enclose a TOEFL/TOEIC score (or equivalent). Requirement for full-time study is a minimum of 12 units per quarter.
